The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, announced that it had targeted an occupation military patrol north of Beit Hanoun near the Erez crossing on Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
In a communique, AAMB said that its fighters clashed with the occupation forces, saying that this action comes on the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, in order to confirm the continuation of our people's resistance in all forms against the crimes of the Zionist enemy, and rejecting all crimes of Zionism and imperialism.
In addition, on Tuesday, November 3, AAMB and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades stated that they bombed Kfar Azza with 80mm mortar shells, where an occupation military presence and military vehicles were sighted. They stated in a joint statement that this action came in response to the ongoing attacks upon the Palestinian people in Jerusalem, and to confirm our ongoing resistance to the occupier.
